“This was our second stay at The Inn at Wise. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the atmosphere. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The beds are so comfortable that you just drift off to sleep. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. We don’t even think about staying at another hotel anymore when visiting Wise. We found the perfect one with The Inn at Wise!”

“First room they gave us had an awful odor so they moved us. Second room had a dirty floor and a broken hanger in the bathroom. The AC was broken on the second floor which meant that they opened the windows to keep it cool which it did not. Our room was adjacent to the elevator on floor 2 and the grinding of the elevator going up and down most of the night kept me from sleeping. “GOOGLE EARTH THIS LOCATION!!!!! We arrived late in the evening/early morning. The rooms were FILTHY! The desk was so dirty in one room when I put my hand on TOP of it I not only felt the dirt and dust, but my hand was also physically covered in it. The beds had HUGE urine spots where the pillows were, and throughout the bedding, and there was visible mold and various other debris where the "air conditioning unit" was.
