Sorry to hear that you feel that way. We make it clear on all websites that we are dog-friendly. We keep our dogs on the first floor. If someone insists on being on the first floor despite our having 3 floors and an elevator there is nothing we can do to shield them from pet dander.

The jacuzzi was at 99 degrees and the pool was at 83 degrees. Sorry, we try to accommodate everyone. At no time were we told during your stay that you encountered any bug sightings. We will investigate your complaints and address them.

Sorry to hear that you felt that way. The pool was at 83 degrees and the hot tub was at 99 degrees. We try to strike a balance. Pool towels, we missed that. We will strive to do better. Are large volume of our pool towels and room towels have been removed from the hotel by the hundreds. So, when housekeeping is not here we do ask guests to bring used towels to the front desk for an exchange. Many of our guests ask to be able to tip our breakfast staff and want to do so discreetly. Not everyone wants to tip we have a means for them to do so. If you look through our 5-star reviews you will see a multitude of guests singing the praises of our breakfast lady.

The room you stayed in had not been used for weeks and we had not received any complaints about bed bugs in that room from any other guests who preceded you. We did not see any bed bugs in the room but we treated the room to eradicate whatever if anything that was in the room.

Sorry that you had that experience. We make repairs as soon as we learn of them. We have to keep milk and breakfast sandwiches in the back because the refrigerator door is opened so often that it raises the temperature of those items. We do not want them to get spoiled.
