Only disappointed with the deboarding process. We were directed down some steps, outside and then onto a bus. I booked business class and yet we had to wait for the entire plane to disembark and they all loaded onto the bus. I needed to use the water closet and had to wait for the entire plane to load onto the bus and then disembark from the bus. Doesn’t seem to be any benefit to business class in that regard. Had I not had that need it probably would not have bothered me but there really was no benefit to exiting the plane in the first wave of passengers if I had to wait for everyone else to get off the plane and then get off of the bus so I could then get off the bus.

air france staff linked our reservations to Delta reservations and checked us in from FLR to Nebraska. Efficient & friendly.

we had to wait on the ground for>1 hour after we landed. it is not an KLM fault, but KLM has a power to ensure that it is not going to happen again
