The reception team was very helpful, other than that the rest was pretty poor.the swimming pool had not been cleaned in a while, with floating cockroaches: disgusting sight. Pretty poor experience.

Lovely large hotel close to Futuroscope. Restaurant was excellent. The staff work really hard and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay in La Rochelle. The staff were super friendly, really helpful with recommendations and we felt really well looked after. We were also offered a welcome drink which was a wonderful start to our stay. Great location for exploring La Rochelle allowing you to walk everywhere. We were a family of 5 staying at the hotel and we had plenty of space - two rooms with an interlocking door, one being a suite so we didn't feel cramped at all. We didn't want to leave!
