“Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area.”

“The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. “Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road.”

“This hotel is very beautiful. With spacious rooms and clean spa like decor. The staff was very polite and helpful, easy to reach them if needed. Great food and amenities too! I was in town for a wedding so I did not stay long but I would recommend to anyone 10/10. Must stay, if you are visiting the area and want to have a relaxing time.”
