We had a great stay here ! 100% recommend for anyone looking to unwind and relax ! Our room was upgraded upon arrival, and we had a stellar view of the volcano. We also received complimentary wine and chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday celebration. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and personable during our stay and had great local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be returning !! Pura vida

Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness of the entire staff. You can tell that providing exceptional service is part of the culture of this hotel. Everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. A few people especially stood out: Chris at the front desk and concierge was fantastic—always attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Oscar was wonderful from the moment we arrived, helping with our luggage and transporting us around the property with such kindness and a great attitude. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, especially Abraham and Jack, along with the rest of the team, who were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, but for us, the people were the true highlight. Exceptional hospitality and a level of service that we will absolutely remember. Thank you to the entire Gaia team for making our stay in Manuel Antonio so special!

The staff was very nice and remembered all of us by name. We loved the property as each room was a separate building. The pool was fun and the restaurant was great and had live music every night.

Probably the best vacation we have ever had largely because of this location, quality of the room, and the exceptional service. Restaurant was amazing.

Kevin the manager is AMAZING!!!... Everything you see in the pictures are accurate but are even better in person. Go there if you get the chance, the staff is amazing, location is too, right on the river... Just go and enjoy what they have to offer.
