Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness of the entire staff. You can tell that providing exceptional service is part of the culture of this hotel. Everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. A few people especially stood out: Chris at the front desk and concierge was fantastic—always attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Oscar was wonderful from the moment we arrived, helping with our luggage and transporting us around the property with such kindness and a great attitude. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, especially Abraham and Jack, along with the rest of the team, who were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, but for us, the people were the true highlight. Exceptional hospitality and a level of service that we will absolutely remember. Thank you to the entire Gaia team for making our stay in Manuel Antonio so special!

I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species.

Noah's Forest is truly a gem. It is incredibly clean, beautifully landscaped, and everything is modern. The restaurant was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a truly luxe experience. If you're comparing different places, book this one. If I find myself in CR again, I would go out of my way to stay here again. PS - we booked Noah's Hideaway which is a somewhat more private section of rooms of Noah's Forest and I think the rooms are a little nicer. It was confusing for us to understand the difference between the Hideaway and Forest just from the photos and websites online.

The rainbow suite was amazing, great privacy with a nice garden view and a private pool. The rooms were large and had great amenities. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The property itself was beautiful, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere—the sounds of frogs and birds created a relaxing setting. The food was good, and the service was great overall. Unfortunately, I did experience an issue with a leak in my room. Water was dripping from the ceiling onto my pillows and, at times, onto me during the night. When I reported it to the staff, I was told it was condensation from the AC unit. While I appreciated the explanation, I was disappointed that the issue was not resolved, as it continued to affect my comfort and sleep. Aside from that inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of the property. I would just encourage future guests to report any room maintenance issues promptly and hope the hotel takes swift action to resolve them
