Our stay was completely ruined by a persistent sewage smell in our room that lasted for our entire visit. The odor was so overwhelming that it was difficult to relax, sleep, or even spend time in the room. We were traveling with our children, and no family should have to endure those conditions while on vacation. We brought the issue to the hotel’s attention multiple times, hoping it would be resolved or that the hotel would make things right. Unfortunately, the smell never improved, and despite the significant impact it had on our stay, the hotel refused to offer any meaningful compensation or discount. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead we spent our vacation trying to avoid our own room. The lack of accountability and customer service after such a serious issue was incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and a hotel that stands behind its guests when things go wrong, I would look elsewhere.

Rooms were clean and air conditioning was strong, which we especially appreciated after a few very hot days in Rome. Staff was kind and helpful. Amenities made our stay so easy - luggage room to use after checking out, beach towels, and a bathroom with shower next to reception.
