Very good location in the centre of the city but in a quieter area away from the main drag. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower and a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and we had the parliament view. Reception staff was very cold and not at all friendly. Room was serviced every day. Breakfast was a disappointment. Located at a good location to access old town.

Great location

Staff was good except for a night front desk person. Cleanliness in my room wasn't good. When I took my socks off I could feel the dirt and started looking around and it just looked like they had recently done work in the room. There was a smell coming from the bathroom sink drain so I plugged it. At the entrance of the room I could feel most likely the hot water pipes under the floor. There waa something on one of the pillows that I just don't know how to describe. Bathroom door handle had a dent in it. The shower door seal was slightly off so water would go into the bathroom. The shower door and bathroom door could not be opened at the same time. The room was not situated for ease of use. While this room was ok. I just dont recommend this especially for the price. I initially didnt get the breakfast included but decided otherwise for ease of time. I paid for my 2 remaining days. On the 2nd day they couldn't find me on the list. I had to wait for the staff to ask. Back to the night staff I had asked if there was laundry service and was told yes. When i came down the following day I was told no. Staff was friendly but needs more training Hotel was sort of clean but I am not sure about it's construction.
