"Whole place is under construction, we had paper taped over our window, constant hammering and pounding and sawing but not even an apology never mind a reduced rate for the room. Parking lot is broken and uneven. We did not feel like our vehicle was safe parked there."

"We loved every bit of our stay here. The town of Waterton is a great little town and we saw a lot of wildlife nearby. Hotel is old but very comfortable and unique. Employees were very kind and helpful"

"The hotel was quite dirty. The parking lot had trash and cigarette buts everywhere. The room itself did not feel comfortable or sanitary. There was a thick layer of crud around the outside of the bath tub and toilet, as well as lot of hair. The carpets were stained and there was a build up of filth ..."
