Expedia.com Expedia and Hotels.com Sign Agreement with Wyndham

BELLEVUE, Wash – Aug. 9, 2004 – Expedia, Inc. and Hotels.com™ today announced they have signed an agreement with Wyndham International, Inc. (AMEX: WBR) to provide Expedia.com®and Hotels.com customers with access to inventory at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Summerfield Suites®properties.

As part of the agreement, 130 properties from Wyndham’s North American brand portfolio are available to travelers via the vacation package and hotel offerings on Expedia®and Hotels.com. The agreement provides Wyndham with a marketing channel to efficiently reach the nearly 30 million customers shopping for travel each month on the two sites.

Since 2002, WyndhamVacations.com has offered vacation packages to customers via WWTE technology and inventory.
