“這趟旅程的第二次入住，分到上次房間的隔壁8人房，空間比較大而且是景觀房。在房間就可看到衛城，超棒的！廁所很乾淨、浴室也有蓮篷頭！大推！”

“房型很小，要提行李上三楼，且无服務生帮手，对行李多之人是很重负担。 房间被褥陈旧，有霉味，浴室极小转身困难，推门几乎坏掉。 总之，除近港口，无其它优点。”

“缺點: 飯店設施設置部分設置不恰當,整體經驗糟糕! ex: 1.電源插頭位於140cm高,要接手機充電器充電非常的不方便(房號:111)。 2.浴室門鎖整個壞掉,根本沒辦法關門(房號:111)。 3.浴室沒有乾濕分離,只有一片玻璃隔離馬桶,洗完澡基本上除了馬桶座是乾的外,全部都是濕的(房號:111、408)。 4.浴室狹小,很難進出(房號:408)。 5.室內沒有強制禁菸,雖然住的是無菸房,但附近房客若有人在室內抽菸,就會聞到。 6.早餐雖然免費,但很陽春,建議出去吃比較好。而且餐廳狹小,一個桌子大約2個人座就會滿(但是有四張椅子,看起來是期待每桌可以坐四人)。 7.無線網路房內訊號差，大約只有1格,有時還無法連線。 優點: 1.離Omonia地鐵站近(距離大約300m)。 2.樓下就有餐廳。 3.附近有自助洗衣店,洗衣3euro、烘衣2~3euro(距離500m)。 4.附近有AB超級市場(距離800~1000m內)。”

“GOOD LOCATION，坐落于市中心MONASTIRAKI广场，出行/SHOPPING/EAT都很方便。设施相对弱一些，有个能运输行李的小电梯加分，旅客只能走楼梯，房间面积偏小一些，其他都挺好。”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Art Gallery hotel. While the hotel is dated and could use updating, the value for money is quite good. The location is excellent - very walkable to the Acropolis and dining. The staff were pleasant and helpful with local recommendations. One minor complaint: one staff member liked to sit outside and smoke on the front steps, and the smoke wafted in and up to the corridor outside our room. All in all, I would recommend this for a budget hotel option in Athens.”

“There is a hygiene problem in the hotel, especially the bathroom as it is a shared bathroom, it seems to be really old and the place overall needs to be done from top to bottom, also another problem was that the WiFi we were given wasn’t the hotel’s WiFi, instead, it was just the WiFi of a shop by the hotel which led to a lack of internet connection. The place may be worth the price as it is cheap but there is a lack of hygiene and services. Other than that the location of the hotel is good as……

“I paid upfront for a one night stay through Expedia; yet, when I checked out, the hotel forced me to pay again, effectively double charging me for the room. Expedia informed me to pursue reimbursement directly from the hotel & they refused to refund my pre-paid amount.”

“沒有營業，大半夜的讓我在外面等了很久還是沒有人應門，後來到附近的斯巴達蒂姆飯店，當時斯巴達蒂姆飯店的人員也幫忙打電話（可以作證確實紐約客沒開），最後只好登記入住斯巴達蒂姆飯店，我暫時都沒有追究責任了，但希望Hotels.com可以負起責任，把錢退給我，根本就沒開門營業的飯店，真是離譜到不行！周遭環境更時可怕到不行，犯罪率很高！”
