“nice property in Nashik city , rooms were small but breakfast was good”

“Its safe and comfortable. Tooth Brushing kit was missing in the washroom. ”

“The resort has great views specially from the lake facing rooms. The rooms are huge and comfortable and bathroom was also nice. ”

“Liked : 1. Clean rooms 2. All items in rooms were new 3. Basement parking 4. Beds were queen size so 2 can sleep. 5. Only double bed could adjust in the room. No extra bed mattress can be adjusted. Overall room size is small. Disliked : 1. Upon call for any service like water unavailability, no one took care. 2. Sitting area near reception was very hot. No AC or Fan was there. 3. Food (milk) was extremely costly. It's 105 for hot milk. Overall it was good experience.”

“Service is good , Staff is very polite. However breakfast spread is very limited, not much option and service at breakfast is very slow.”

“The rooms were good, however the service was not great. They had left used plates from previous visitors outside our room for almost 7-8 hours inspite of reminiding them multiple times to pick it up.”

“Value for money was above expectations. Super friendly staff. Yummy restaurant. Easy to find transportation. Great shopping with huge outdoor market and stores minutes away. Minutes walk to the river and ghats and about half an hour by tuktuk to Pandavlani caves.”

“While Booking through Expedia, the property rate was inclusive of Breakfast but during stay they denied any such booking. So we compelled to take breakfast with extra payment at the property since there was no other alternative available in the vicinity. There was no electric kettle in the room as well. Before check in , the property reception confirmed that there was confirmation for 1 room booking received by them from Expedia, but we booked for 2 rooms, which later they confirmed. ”

“The resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. From leaking faucets to low pressure in pipes and occassionally no water at all. Present tiling inside bathroom is stained and……

“this was 2nd time staying here.. this 2nd experience was not as good as 1st time.. internet did not work, room staff did not follow cleanliness protocols, front desk staff had billing error over trifles like water..front desk needs to be more courteous to guests.. ”

“This property has exactly everything wht u need for a comfortable stay. Staff are very attentive and courteous. We had a early check-in which was fantastic. Rooms was clean and well designed. Surely a stay in the future whenever I visit nasikh.”
