“櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,”

“The property is clean and feels new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great, beyond my expectations. Down side, parking is extremely tight but great to keep car parked in safe location. About the room, a little small for my taste but McLean and comfortable beds. The a/c control was an issue being that I like to keep my room cool and has no individual controls. Therefore the hotel controls the a/c and was forced with a heater. When I contacted the staff about this,……

“We appreciated the helpful and kind front desk staff. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in our Spain trip exceeding other 4 and 5 star stays. The bar and room service were not open on the weekend but the hotel was a short walk to a lively food and drink scene. Overall, we loved our stay! ”
