“Had a great time staying at the cottage. It was beautifully furnished (more so than other rentals). Nice linens an dishes for use. The design of the place was more in line with a place a person would live in than rent out, which made for a very comfortable experience. The owner was very friendly and laid back. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and it was safe to park on the street. Within 1 mile there is a town center with nice restaurants and a super market. Was nice to walk to and……

“We just completed a lovely stay in Leesburg. The location is great-near bike trails, near great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable which is a big deal for me. We can't wait to return!”

“The property was listed by two agencies and double booked. It took us some time to contact the owner. We were very disappointed not to get what we had reserved. However, they had another property which was available but had to be cleaned and so we waited. Also, the key did not work in the lock and at 8:30pm a locksmith had to be called. The property is lovely and it could have been a much less stressful stay.”

“Our family was in the area for a wedding and chose this property because it had 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and comfortable. Basement area seems like it is a work in progress.”

“Perfect stay for a girls trip with my sisters and mom. The cottage is darling and in a gorgeous location. So close to Wineries, Restaurants, and Vintage Shopping. We really loved staying in a historic place and it was so easy to check in and check out.”

“loved this property, secluded, quiet. Had everything we needed, coffee makers, utensils, washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, to name a few. a couple of miles of the main road, but very scenic. Only negative, (and wasn't really a negative), the road to Harpers Ferry was out, had to use detour, and extra 20 minute drive, but was a beautiful detour drive!”

“So I had to book a place big enough for a large family last minute and found this property and let me tell you this property was spacious and breathtaking! Had a everything we needed for a home away from home! The fridge and stove were a dream! The plus was having washer/dryer access, hot tub and a massage chair! Oh and the tower!! The view from the deck was beautiful but from the tower was just amazing! Will definitely be coming back especially once the pool is built!”

“The property itself was good. The main concern was the neighbors across the street continually set off their car alarms and cussed at us when we were entering the property. They had a sign that was offensive painted on a car facing the house. We did not feel safe in the home.”

“Thus property was one of several we rented in the area for a family reunion. The property was lovely and well maintained, and the house was very charming. The location is excellent, and we enjoyed exploring the pond and meadow. Instructions were very clear and communication with the owner was great. We only wished we had had the chance to make a fire! Great experience overall!”

“It's a decent place to stay. The building is modern, clean, and suite is well equipped. A few minor grips. 6 soft low quality pillows does not substitute for 1 good firm pillow! The neighborhood is safe, but as is the case in many US suburbs/exurbs it's not really walkable. There are areas where the sidewalks just end, and they are not well lit at night, say if you are walking to supermarket. The building gym, looks great but the equipment eg. the elliptical trainers are poor quality glitchy.”
