“We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was as good as, or better than, depicted. The large deck overlooking the pool was so relaxing in the evening, watching the sun set. Condo had everything we needed for a three night stay. I will for sure recommend this condo to my family and friends, and we will be back. Thanks for an amazing get-away.”

“The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable. To be well balanced, check in at the property manager’s office was difficult (she was super nice), directions and rental agreement were confusing and checkout instructions were……

“This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.”

“I’ve been to seascape resort for a meal before but never stayed over- will definitely be staying here again. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property. A few restaurants across the street for more casual dining. Sunset was AMAZING!”

“Amazing views; complete panoramic of the entire Monterey Bay! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great to have deli & small market at the bottom of the hill. Also nice to have free parking lot at the bottom of the hill; the walk down to the beach isn't bad, but when wanting to spend the day on the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc., it was convenient to just be able to drive down with all our stuff & unload it right there near the sand.
