“There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall the condo was in good condition, well located and we had a great time.”

“We stayed overnight for a baseball tournament. This room was located very close and worked perefct for the quick trip. Fees that are added to the room seemed to be a bit excessive especially when your asked to take out your own trash. Either way worked for what we needed.”

“Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!”

“The rv was perfect for us. Great location with the tranquil creek running by the back of rv. We barbecue and used the fire place outside. The rv was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We will like to come back.”

Appliances and cooking, dinnerware in good. Beds and couch were comfortable . Short 10-15 min ride to either Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thanks Gina and Ryan for an enjoyable stay.”
