“Casetta indipendente molto vicina alle spiagge del Poetto e a mezz'ora da quelle di Villasimius. La casa è pulita e attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare e c'è anche un bel giardino per cenare all'esterno durante le calde sere d'estate. Supermercati bar, ristoranti e locali molto vicini. I proprietari sono gentili e pronti a dare consigli.”

“Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer à peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses possibilités de promenades, restaurants, visites culturelles ou de détente. Merci Valerio”

“Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig schön und komplett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, der Garten gefällt, der Privatzugang zum Meer sehr angenehm, das Meer ruhig und geschützt, das Wasser ist extrem klar. Allerdings ist der Strand sehr schmal und voller Seegras. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen ‚Villenviertel‘ weitab von jeglicher Infrastruktur. Auch hat es zumindest während meinem Aufenthalt oft stark von einer Raffinerie gestunken! Die Bewertung durchzogen! Doris, September 2023”

“Mit holprigen Seasonstart und schneller Fehlerbehebung durch die super sympathische Nachbarin Delfina haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa hat eine ruhige Lage und ist richtig gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann erahnen, dass der Garten mit seinen tollen Pflanzen in absehbarer Zukunft wunderschön aussehen wird. Um der Villa herum gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt, auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umkreis sind viele……

“Tout était parfait, très propre, meublé avec beaucoup de goût, confortable, très spacieux et la propriétaire avait pensé à laisser tout un tas de petites attentions à disposition : capsules de café, eau fraîche à notre arrivée, produits sardes et petits déjeuners dans un panier.”

The apartment Has two aircons in the kitchen and sleeping room. To nearest beach there is a distance a couple kilometres, but there local buses you can go to Various turist attraction on the inland. Camera ampia, con tutto a disposizione, in cucina non mancava nulla. Essendo un primo piano ed essendoci diversi ristoranti l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori.”

“I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach .”

“En premier : l’annonce défini que c’est une villa ! Alors que c’est un appartement au premier étage dans une villa. L’accès se fait via un escalier colimaçon dangereux pour les enfants et difficile pour les personnes d’un certain âge ! En outre ma femme ayant des problèmes de dos ça été particulièrement difficile pour elle. De plus le portail électric fiction est une fois sur deux. Le rez-de-chaussée était normalement occupé par le Grand-Père du propriétaire (cela n’etait Pas mentionné dans……
