“There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night. ”

“NIce well maintained ideal for stay. ”

“Hotel is nice in general but not a high star hotel. Lobby a good bit the room was a bit congested with low level beds. Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms. ”

“Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber. ”

“I booked this hotel because I was arriving at VTZ airport from an International flight. No hot water at all, both at night and morning. Bed is so unclean. Bath room toilet sink not working, plethora of real problems .. I personally saw so many guests complaining at reception. Had a very bad experience. This is the first time, I am giving a bad rating to any hotel. Never even think to stay here ... even in dream ..it is not worth the money, time or stay.”

“We have booked the hotel but when we arrived we had no booking made as per the requirement. Again we had to speak to Expedia and then it got resolved. After that again the hotel was not agreeing on the pricing and we had to pay Rs. 500 per room which was not a fair deal.”
