“The room and entire hotel area was very clean and the AC in the rooms worked very well. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate any special request. The beach are by the lake was lovely, well maintained and beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Very Remote but the environment is beautiful!! The staff was super kind and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t care for was the boat fee to the resort. The hotel will charge if it’s not within their scheduled pick up and drop off time. $25 person one way. Other than that it’s beautiful. ”

“Great way to experience the park. We had a triple room that was as comfortable as could be with smoke and temperatures over 100 and no A.C. The ceiling fan worked well. You will see and hear lots of beautiful birds and hear the howler monkeys. I am so glad we stayed here because we could go in for the sunrise tour and come back and sleep and then go out for a second visit to the park before dinner and bed. ”

“Lovely stay here and would recommend. But it would help if hotel put prices up by 10% to negate the stealth tip tax at the end which was added after signing off individual meal and drink bills. Would rather sort my own tips out. Picky but irritating.”
