“We enjoyed our stay at the best western in Olsztyn! We were there for four nights and the hotel is in a convenient spot close to the old town and different restaurants. The air conditioning in our room did not always work well, but luckily the temperature was cool while we were there and we could just open the windows. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. “The hotel itself was OK, except for not so fresh smell in the room and the bathroom, everything was acceptable. The biggest problem had started in a middle of the night. The textile banner that is attached to the wall by a metal holder and some (loose) bolts generated terrible noise with every gust of wind.
