“Marie was fantastic, we sent our son for schooling and he spent 11 days. The location is in a very nice neighbourhood, very clean and easy to access the amenities you would need and location is perfect for planning your day trips. Communication was excellent, the basement suite is a great size, bigger than most and with all the amenities. Very clean! Great parking right on driveway, seperate and secure entrance. Highly recommend for business or pleasure. We plan to stay again! Thx Marie”

“Pros: - Decent place. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cons: - There is a TV gadget, but no signal/service. It's useless. It wasn't indicated in the ad. - The apartment was simply cold (in May). We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old.”

“The interior was new and clean, with towels, plates, and utensils included. No complaints whatsoever.”

“It’s nice apartment - newly renovated, very clean and nicely decorated. The price is great. The description could be clearer - it’s a one bedroom (not 2) and the parking is on the street because the driveway is full. It is also a basement apartment so expect noise from above but it’s hard to beat the price in this area. ”

“Sophie, our host, was amazing! She has thought of every little detail which made our stay truly feel like our home away from home. Her property is right in the center of all that is beautiful, all that is community, all that is right about Elora! And yet when you enter and close the door behind you, or sit in the gardens, serenity and beauty are the first emotions you feel. She is an absolutely wonderful host and we will be back for sure! “We had everything we needed and the perfect location for walking to shops and cafes.”

“The place was stocked, clean and spacious. We had no problem checking in and Nikko was very quick to respond when we had to get in touch with him.”

“The host was very nice and friendly. The wifi worked perfectly fine. The room was clean and bedsheet was clean. However, I found strands of hair in the shower and basin. Also, there was a TV in the ad but there was no Tv when I got the room. The first night, my room was cold at night and I messaged the host to turn on the central heating but I got no response. Overall, I enjoyed my stay cos it was quiet and I had my privacy.”

“Excellent place to stay”

“Horrific 'apartment'. The carpet is filled with stains when you walk in. The surfaces were all dirty with grime and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on the pillow inside the cover (some of those stains were orange/yellow....eugghh). That's why for the ENTIRETY of my stay (I left 2 days early because I couldn't stand the place), I slept on the couch because the bed was so unclean with old stains etc. Even the couch was unclean with the arm rests carrying stains……

“THIS IS A FRAUDULENT LISTING. Don't waste your time and money by booking this property.Unfortuanately I fell into the trap by booking this....got a call from the owner just few hours before the check-in time and was told that someone else has booked the place and my reservation did not go through even though my payment was processed through Expedia. The owner gave some lame excuse and clearly was a cheater. Expedia made an alternative arrangement since they were not able to make contact and was……

“The property is very nice, cozy, spacious and clean. It is ideally located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host (Nina) is extremely nice, helpful, attentive and supportive. I would highly recommend.”
