“Everything was so close and in walking distance. Not too far from the Main Street and just close enough that you don’t hear the noise. Reception personnel always available and kind. Checking in was so easy! Def recommend this stay! ”

“The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time.”

“Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels. It would be nice to have bottled water for the coffee since there is no water filter on the fridge. There is a lot of construction on the street of the building so it was……

“We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!”

“It was a different experience without front desk without any employee but it felt like home. Very nice place, very clean very quiet.”

“This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street……

“Location and price was great. I come up every other week for work and this is a great location. Lots to do and many places to eat. Room size is perfect and bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again. ”

“Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. ”
