“The pancake machine has not worked in a long time according to staff at hotel. My room on 3rd floor was hot but the Front Desk Lady moved me to 2nd Floor- Thank You! I called Corporate in Atlanta and asked that they assist in getting the pancake machine working )this is essential on children type summer stays).”

“Very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. Some minor maintenance to the shower is needed and the tile floor needs re-grouted, but all in all it was very good stay”

“The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get……

“The beds were comfortable. This is my giving ORBITZ a second chance. This hotel/Orbitz failed miserably. To begin with it was supposed to be a NON-smoking room. Immediately the stench of smoke struck us. Maybe it was from people smoking in the somewhere nearby but it got into the room. Though this was a double queen room, the linens were only ONE set. There was no water, so we called down and eventually water came. BUT there was no hot water. Called again and someone came and did some……

“The stay was decent. I only had 2 complaints. First the hotels.com showed an active pool in the picture but the pool was filled in obviously years ago. And also the water was brown whe i filled the tub. ”
