“We stayed for anniversary very nice stay. The highlight was being able to stay on the deck and watch the tubes go down the river. The couch and chair in the living area is in need of an upgrade.”

“Just a suggestion, but let your customers know info about the options on a tv = what is and isn't available. May need to gets some electrical outlets more secure to the walls or covers on some. Some structural issues can't be solved and place rented but I am sure they are more cosmetic than anything”

“Getting there and getting in went well. Entered house and walked to back to view patio area and one of the blind attachments fell on the floor before we got there. We laid it on the TV stand. Blind broken in bedroom at top of stairs. No washer/dryer that was mentioned in the details of the house. TV remote didn't have a volume control. No remote for TV in bedroom at top of stairs. Microwave door would not open. Could not get in touch with property manager, had no phone number and the internet……

“This is our fourth year in a row staying in Helen Georgia for our anniversary, our second year in a row at this group of condos and our first year staying in the two bedroom. The location is perfection. There is no room for improvement, I couldn't imagine how it could be any better. This group of condos are literally on the water's edge and walking distance within a few blocks of everything that Helen has to offer. And 15 for 30 minutes drive from countless waterfalls including Anna Ruby falls……

“Stay was fine until the people checked in above us and there child ran a lot back an d forth in the condo.parking was very limited and other guest would park in the spots.”

“The condo is in a great location! It was so easy to walk to all of the nearby attractions. It was very clean at check-in. It was very cold during our stay and the heat seemed to struggle a bit. However, the fire place was great for both ambience and warmth. It might be helpful to have runners or rugs for the colder months. The property manager and local team were fantastic in their response when the cold temps caused issues with pipes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!”
