“Lovely property. Enjoyed our stay and the view from the balcony was amazing.”

“I enjoyed my stay at this awesome resort. When we first arrived the front desk explained to me that for some reason they didn’t have my reservation from Expedia. However, I showed my confirmation and they got me checked in. My only beef is that we had to switch rooms because of the mix up. When you have multiple activities planned for the next day it is very difficult to have to unpack and pack at 7 in the morning. Overall, they definitely took care of me. “我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“Everything is great about property except people at front desk. They are rude and have no costumer service skills. Both times I have stayed here in the last year the front desk people don’t greet you, act bothered and busy and don’t even make eye contact. They need to be replaced with customer service trained staff. ”
