Horrible Experience for the money!!!Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Nothing, they ruined their Grotto Pool, which is the main draw by refinishing it in an aweful scratchy resin surface.
Cons: Just about everything!!
Location: Middle of nowhere, nothing to do..
Only place worse is the Posh Palm Springs. My room smelled and was tiny compared to the amenities one would expect from even an average resort. Staff was unaccomodating and generally unfriendly. Stay Away!!!

always a nice stay, but.....Posted Apr 7, 2014
My girlfriend and I stay hear a couple times a year and always have a great experience. The only downside is the place is the $15-$20 per night fee - depending on who you book with. If they really need that extra money they should just include it with the room charge. Doing it the current way just seems cheap and downright lame.

Will certainly be back!Posted Apr 3, 2014
Cons: I would have preferred only one or two people attending to us in the restaurant where sometimes there were three or four which resulted in few mixups.
Location: The tram up to the mountain was the highlight of our outings for sure as well as attending the Palm Spring Follies.
This resort far exceeded our expectations. The meals were fabulous and organic to boot! Juicing was a bonus too as well as organic alcohol. The hot mineral springs were amazing and the grounds were so lovely. No need to dress up here - the atmosphere is so relaxed and one could stay in their housecoat forever, except for when you do Yoga, which we did every morning! My cranial sacral massage was wonderful.

Excellent Adult GetawayPosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: No children, this is an adult place which is very refreshing. The ducks and turtles are quite the interesting group
Cons: Not a lot as they are working on updating rooms which takes capital
Location: Location is not close (walking distance) to anything. Palm Springs is a short drive away.
The pools are fantastic, resturant very good, food was excellent and they have Glueten free! If you like stone work and quiet, this is the place for you. Massive property which is free to roam and enjoy. Some rooms need renovations and they are working on it, there are many buildings to maintain and this takes a lot of cash.

Real Deal Getaway!Posted Mar 19, 2014
Pros: The pond - ducks and turtles, the serenity, the juice class, the historic tour of Al Capone's suite and the grounds, the view from the dining room.
Cons: Modern TV, no view from my room or patio...felt closed in. The tour of the grounds and the Capone suite are what made my stay truly memorable.
Location: Living Desert...where I did research on the canines housed there. Palm Springs historic, Guide Dogs and shops.
Two Bunch Palms was on my Bucket List...and it lived up to my dreams. The grounds were beautiful, I listened contentedly to the coyotes, the food was fantastic and the opportunity for a woman to walk around at night and feel safe was thrilling to me. The juicing class and the hot springs were a special treat. Loved It!

Grounds are nice, but....Posted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: Grounds nice at grotto area
Cons: Rooms are need of maintenance and remodeling or lower the price for unimproved rooms
Location: Native foods is a little place in Palm Springs that serves great Vegan food. For a nice dinner and venue, visit Escena Grill.
Make sure you check your room out before signing the long list of waivers at check in, which include the inability to cancel any subsequent nights after checking in. The hotel grounds are fairly nice, especially up close to the main office and grotto area - out further there are dirt areas that can be dusty. This is a highly eclectic mixture of lodging venues and there are probably some rooms that are quite nice and remodeled - rm 122 was not and even though we booked on Expedia, it blew the heck out of $300 / night and we really did not think it was worth it and left our second night to just come home. Having signed the waiver before looking at our room, neither the room fee or resort fee could be reimbursed. Good luck working the Illy coffee maker - the tip seems to be not "pressing the icon gently" but pressing it very firmly to get it to work - very strange contraption. See pictures for details leading to our conclusion that the room was not worth the money.

Great concept... Execution could be better...Posted Mar 18, 2014
Love the concept of adults only, no pets, whispering as opposed to loud talking... How are customers suppose to follow the posted signs when employees are thee loudest ones? All in all if you're looking for serenity, slow paced, leisuring, quietness... Come here but don't expect a 4 star hotel room. It's cozy cottage feel with needed updates, esp the restrooms. Grounds are beautiful and peaceful, massage was a bliss, hammocks were inviting, and what a change in venue for us city couple to enjoy.

tranquillity at its finestPosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: the peace and quiet
Location: the hotel is in the middle of desert hot springs where there is nothing to do. But once you step onto the grounds, you really don't feel like leaving.
Just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The grounds are spectacular, the staff are warm and gracious and our villa was so inviting with its private patio, that we ate dinner in the room - we didn't want to leave.

Peaceful and restorative get-awayPosted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: This spa is located in a quiet oasis. The accommodations are comfortable and the staff is attentive.
The grounds at Two Bunch Palms are really lovely…green lawns, large pools, desert plants. It's a place to relax, try some qigong or yoga, soak in the hot springs pool, enjoy a massage and a nice meal.
