“I stayed at this property 20 years ago, and returned to northern Michigan for vacation for the first time since. It was exactly how I remembered it. Beautiful, peaceful property, with lots of activities. We had a beautiful view of the sunset from our room and it was spacious and decorated perfect. The Aerie restaurant was beautiful with panoramic views. The staff was extremely friendly. The pools and hot tubs were perfect for a peaceful evening activity. The hotel is great for a romantic……

“We had a great time with family and friends! The property has several outdoor amenities that we were not able to take advantage of (it was December in Michigan), but the place was gorgeous. We are already making plans to come back!”

“This is it! Everything about Lakemore Resorts and the surrounding areas is ALL you could ask for on a trip. The properties are beyond well appointed and everything has been thought of and arranged. The houses are new and warm and perfect. The city is incredible. We were there for the weekend but wish we could have stayed all week. We will be going back again (and again!). The staff was prompt and efficient and incredible. I travel the world for a living and this is one of my favorite trips.”

“If you enjoy vacationing with a vintage feel, this is your place! Quiet , quaint (no air conditioning in hotel, but fan provided, no TV, sketchy wifi, no fridge in room), friendly and helpful staff. A great place to shake off tension and enjoy a relaxed and old-fashioned vibe.”

“From the moment we first stepped on the property everyone was absolutely friendly. The owners stopped by and introduced themselves, and they're incredibly nice. The site was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We did not use the coach house, but the owners allowed a peek inside. If you're considering using it, it's very nice inside. We used the grill 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. It was nicely equipped. Patio furniture was comfy and my husband now thinks we need to travel around with our own……
