“Stayed at this rental for Labor Day weekend with my family. The house was amazing, it was clean the beds were super comfortable, the only thing that was a little annoying was the squeaking of the bunk bed every time you move. Other than that, everything was great. we used the bikes that were available to bike to the beach and the shower outside was amazing! the bike ride to beach is about 10-15 min and walking is like 40 min, driving 5 min. I recommend staying here!”

“Wonderful Location and proximity to Ocean City!Quiet,quaint ocean cottages on bayside.Great for walks in neighborhood,esplly with our doggies.Plenty trails close by.Highly recommend Isle of Wight Park(is on the way over or back from OC)Nice cozy place and beds. Sunroom toasty and warm.There is heater,AC unit on both sides.Stayed plenty warm enough on cool Fall nights.All amenities as home,kitchen ,fridge microwave, stocked pans,silverware and items.(We had brought our usual paper plates,bowls……

“Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. I gave full stars as the property was beautiful and brand new. Some things I had concerns with was initially getting to the property. When putting in the address, our gps took us down some random road which was only down the street from the actual property. Also, when showering, (the shower was very modern and beautiful) the shower door would slide open and not stay shut for multiple guests that took showers. It also would have been nice to know exactly how to……

“We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely beach cottage. Check in was a breeze. The location is excellent as it is between Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, and walking distance. The cottage was very comfortable. We would definitely like to return for another visit!”

“We enjoyed our weekend stay. Everything was new and clean. It was a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of OCMD. Like other guests, we tried to contact the owner with questions during our stay and got no response. There was also no check out instructions, so we were not sure how they wanted trash and bed linens handled. Everything was great except for communication.”

“VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. QUIET AND PRESTINE. COTTAGE WAS COMFORTABLE, HOMEY, CLEAN AND VERY WELL APPOINTED. WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO FREINDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. OWNERS WERE VERY ACCOMMADATING. SPENT AT LEAST AN HOUR WITH THEM TO WALK US TROUGH SIGNING INTO THE TV. SUCH PATIENCE!! WE ARE NOT VERY TECH SAVVY. THEY WERE VERY PLEASEANT. WE TRULY APPRECIATED THEIR WILLINGNESS TO BE OF HELP TO US. NEIGHBORS WE PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY.”

“We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel……
