    Quiet, Mountain View
    Just what we expected, fit our needs. Hot tub was nice, first one we ever had that wasn’t overly treated with chemicals. As others have stated, needs a good “spring” cleaning. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, of course very noticeable if fireplace is used. Maybe a freshen up with paint. Did not affect our stay at all though. I would say if would be to crowed for more than two people.

    Cramped with terrible management.
    This property is too small for the furniture that is in it. There are no cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish towels, dish rags, paper towels, or extra toilet paper. One tv did not work, Wi-Fi did not work and there was no phone service in that area so I could it reach my children at home, AT ALL, bathroom sink did not drain, had to shave and brush our teeth in the kitchen. . Called management several times about all issues and was told they would send someone out. I guy called about the Wi-Fi at 10pm on the last night of our stay. The dresser was so close to the bed that you could not use the drawers. King bed in a tiny room so the entry door wouldn’t open all the way. You had to turn sideways and squeeze between dresser and bed. Complained to management and they claimed there was nothing they could do to compensate me for my troubles. I wrote a google review and will be contacting the BBB about this property owner and I recommend vrbo drop them immediately. In the last week, the management company has received 8 one star reviews on google. Terrible place. Will never use them again and makes me question using vrbo in the future. Worst vacation i have ever had.

    Fantastic Mountain Views & Quiet Location
    This property was a perfect location for my husband and I. We were minutes away from the smokies and enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants. The views of the mountains off the private balcony were fantastic. We appreciated the recent updates and the modern, rustic decor. The king bed was very comfortable (but creaky). The only piece missing from a 5-star review was the dirtiness upon arrival - the floors did not seem swept and a lot of dust was accumulated on most of the fans and lights.

    Best cabin
    This was the best cabin! We loved it totally would go back again. Sadly saw a for sale sign on it tho so it might not be here anymore next time. View was amazing. Only bad thing was the owner didn't know the company that owns the other cabins up the mtn put in a gate that was closed so we had to wait for over 20 mins to get a code which they never found but the person in front of us got it so we used there's to get back up to the cabin.

    The process was easy with virtual checkin.We enjoyed our stay and the bed slept fair to good.The only negative I would give is it could stand to be cleaner. The dishes in the cabinet where not very clean.Also they should consider replacing the bedroom blinds.They have one white and one dark and the neighbors porch light activates every time the wind blows as some over sensitive sensor triggers it and makes you feel like some one is flashing headlights in your bedroom at night.But with saying all that it is a good and safe place to stay.The hot tub was ready and it was nice.The TV selection is good lots to watch.The water is sulfuric in smell so bring you some drinking water, this didn't bother me to bath in I just felt it was worth noting.
