"Extremely happy with our stay. Staff was very nice and professional. Even though it's a older property, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds are separated by the bathroom in each room, giving privacy and there is a tv for each bed. Add there is a balcony for each room, and a elevator, pool, and stream behind the property, I'll always stay there whenever I'm in the Smoky Mtns!!! Great rates also!!! "

"Very clean, friendly, didn’t eat breakfast there. Quiet. Only negative was the air freshener was a bit strong in hallways and water for showers wasn’t very warm. "

"The front desk staff was great very kind. She checked us in quickly and let us know the pertinent details. The lobby was clean and simple. The door to our room would stick and I was concerned it would not close all the way, but it did. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom for had debris in the corners, a dead bug and stains. The sink and toilet were very loud when in use. The beds were fine. The room widow looked too possibly have dirt or mold around caulking. The air unit was really loud when turned on. The noise from the hallway was minimal. It is a convenient location to the convention center. "

"Room was clean, bathroom a little small but doable, staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very adequate for our stay. Well kept and supplied were added if anything ran out. I found the TV in the breakfast was turned up to loud for the children that was in there are the time. Each was drowned the other out. Plenty of parking love how there was a traffic light to get in and out on the busy highway in front of the hotel."

"The entire family enjoyed our stay! We will be back because we had so many things we wanted to do. Checking in was a breeze and the information desk had so many thing for us to do with coupons included. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the outdoor waterpark. I was able to text whenever I needed anything and they got it done right away. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The food and drinks were a plus as well. We really didn't need to leave for anything."
