“The Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance is about an hour’s drive away, which is quite far. The breakfast was terrible, and the coffee was as weak as water. I don’t understand why there are so many positive reviews. On that day, the navigation couldn’t even find the location, and the reception kept telling us the wrong room, which was extremely frustrating.”

“Great location. Easy to access. Closed to the downtown area, IMAX and museum. Restaurants and groceries are in walking distance. We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the walk after dinner every evening. It's a wonderful experience. The hotel service is fine. The room is a little bit small but warm and comfortable. This hotel has its own restaurant serves great breakfast and dinner. Convenient for us. ”

“I chose this hotel because it was listed as pet friendly. When checking in, my room was downgraded because I brought a pet. The listing should mention that pets are only allowed in some rooms. I have seen this in other hotel listings. Check-ins should be smooth and even though the front desk provided excellent service, being surprised after a long drive was annoying.
