“We went for Easter week/spring break. The Easter brunch was wonderful, with a great variety of different offerings that were all good and the staff at brunch were exceptional. We spent five nights in the main inn which has undergone an amazing renovation (almost complete) of all of their rooms and facilities. We chose a Lakeside Deluxe Suite which was very comfortable and a joy to stay in. The fireplace was welcome on the chilly spring days we had as well as the whirlpool tub. The bed was……

“The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. “Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the……

“It was a great place to stay. There was a view of the water and many boats were docked. There was also a restaurant attached which was convenient but we did not stop in since we had plans with friends. Overall the rooms were comfortable and friendly staff.. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was soft. Only negative was room keys would stop working every other time I used them. Had to get them reset at the front desk 5 times for my week stay. ”
