Wir kennen die "Anlage" noch aus Zeiten, als Hotel!...ok, der verwahrloste Pool und der gasamte Bereich dort hätte es nötig, Hand angelegt zu werden oder baulich verändert aber das liegt warscheinlich……

“Apartment is perfect for a young family. Large balcony, that gets a good bit of shade and sun throughout the day… with a nice outdoor sofa that couldn’t be seen in any photos. Had all the essentials (for both cooking and pool/house towels). Beds were absolutely fine too. Travel cots were provided - however we didn't use them as I think they need an upgrade for future guests. Have stayed in Luz a few times - at baia complex before. Would return to this apartment too.”

After a phone call with the host, we were transferred to another apartment, which was also flooded. Finally, a third apartment was dry enough, but it was really run down and without WiFi (very important to us). After agreeing to stay there for a week until an adequate apartment was free, we were again transferred to a 4th apartment, which was nicely furnished, but had black mold on……

"Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars for it! Amazing stay"
