“The location couldn't have been better, and the host as well! What a lovely spot near everything we wanted to do and see. Nancy was delightful, and so helpful! The cottage had everything we needed, and we slept so well. Wish we'd had more time to relax on the porch or the patio, because it was delightful.”

“The place is very clean and access is easy for short drive to Seven Bluffs area crossing for river access with parking $30/day. Leakey is close if you want to eat out (recommend the pizza place) or cabin has all the things to stay in and cook. The bed and recliners were comfortable. The cabin is right off the main road but the road noise wasn’t bad at all. AC kept up with the 100degree heat. The only downer is the well water - so stinky but the cabin is so clean that the water smell seems to……

“Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Not exactly on the Frio as described (way across a field) though no water anyway. Very nice back patio. . Great place for day trips to Garner and Lost Maples. Could have better check in instructions.”

“This was a nice little place and overall, a great stay. Unfortunately, I was unable to access my Vrbo app (technical issues with the app, nothing wrong with the wifi here) and so did not receive the stay instructions that the homeowner did kindly provide via the app. They were not able to provide us with all the information over text but were responsive with the essentials-There were not a lot of asks- take out the trash, put towels in a laundry basket- really very reasonable and we were happy……
