Enjoy spending quality family time at this Quaint, Circa 1960 D'Hanis block built Cottage in Medina, Texas. This home is ideal for a family of 4 to 6 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 den, a remodeled kitchen and updated back porch with quality outdoor furniture. The backyard is ample with a BBQ Pit, picnic table, firepit and Adirondack seating. Deer and other wildlife frequent the back yard.

The was just the right size
My son and daughter law moved to the small town of Medina so I go out there every few months. We enjoyed the little house, it was a perfect fit.

Terrible yard! Does not look like pictures!
Well, the home was ok but we chose this location because of the space outside. It was in horrible condition with grass over a foot long! Tried to get owners to clean up....they ignored us. Not a very good experience for sure!

So cozy. Everything you need with a adorable backyard. Used the volleyball net with the kids and enjoyed coffee on the porch. Highly recommend!

Great little property
Great property and great host. House was clean and well furnished included a thoughtful array of gifts to enjoy during our stay. I was in the area to ride motorcycles and this is the perfect launching spot for that or any other adventure. Highly recommend, we will likely be back. Thanks!

Lovely 2 Bed Rental in Medina
This rental nestled in the heart of Medina is right next to the Old Timer & downtown Medina. The upgraded home is quiet & restful with a backyard that looks out over a field where Axel deer visit regularly. I had a wonderful visit & enjoyed every minute staying here.
