We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! Very close to metro and access is to Gran Via. Airport access via metro as well and located in center of Madrid next to one of the Royal Palaces.

What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central.

The place is located in a convenient area, there are many restaurants around and places to shop that are close by. This hotel is also located quite close to some common tourist attractions which was also nice since it was a walking distance. The hotel itself is cute, it’s a chic hotel style. The staff was very nice, kind and prompt to provide services needed. The only things I would say is that the room was small. And the breakfast was not worth the $14 for buffet style. They do have some great coffee though!!! In both the room and the breakfast room.

I love love love this hotel out of all the hotels I stayed at during our Spain trip. The staff was great! The location is close to everything. We had a lovely room on the 7th floor over looking the Gran Via. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. Everyday we heard live musicians play their stringed instruments from below. It was simply beautiful. Many reviewers complained about the street noise, but I wasnt bothered by it in the 7th floor. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was nice with a double sink. If I travel back to Madrid, I will definitely stay here again. So convenient to stores, the Metro, shops, and restaurants.
