“Room was big and spacious. Reception staff were not well trained. Mostly they were not attentive, did not close conversations on their own. Room floor and furniture were old and spotty. AC was great. Bathroom supply was great. ”

“Highlight of stay was there extremely courteous staff, dealing with them was always a pleasure. Facility was well located looking over River Ganga. Only discomfort was there loose spring mattress.”

“The welcome here was so lovely. I was given complimentary breakfast and the staff were so kind. My room was lovely, clean and inviting. As a lone female traveler I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel is conveniently located and within easy walking distance to shops at Laxman Jhula. The breakfast was great and the room service was swift. The food was tasty and healthy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

“We enjoyed the stay at the Dream inn. It took several hours before the warmed up to comfort on first night. Shower door is beneficial due to slip and fall in f not careful . Overall, it t seems as a pleasant stay and the staffs were very helpful. Thank you all”

“the room ac centrally controlled was switched off at midnight around 3 am by the hotel. it was suffocating in the room. when enquired from the Manager and staff - all gave one reply that, they put ac on rest mode so that it may cool later on . it is dangerous if the fresh air is stopped to room and required cooling is not there. it was very uncomfortable and suffocating. i would not recommend this hotel at all to any one . ”

Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.”

“We stayed in the hotel for one night as we had no idea during booking about the hotel and the great environment, now we regret that we did not stay there longer. The views of the Himalayas from the room were excellent. The hotel staff and their services were simply excellent. Every item of food were tasty and to our surprise they were HEALTHY AND PRACTICALLY OIL FREE. The famous NEELKANTH temple is about 20 min. drive from the hotel, one can go easily early morning from the hotel and offer……

“Property is located at the bottom of a lane and so is quite quiet. It has a nclean outdoor swimming pool. The food in the hotel is standard and across the lane is the Pure Soul restaurant that has good food and many kinds of fruit drinks; it is operated by the same management. All around excellent Indian-standard. Recommended.”

“Everything was so dirty and stinky and also bedsheets are like 50 years old and ripped! With this money we paid here we got much better hotel on other places in less money! I never prefer to anyone to stay here! ”
