“The property location ”

“L’arrivée a été très pénible, nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure pour avoir la chambre, puis deux heures pour l’électricité, et revenir à l’accueil plusieurs fois pour leur rappeler que nous étions toujours en attente de l’électricité. L’appartement n’était pas complètement propre en arrivant (traces de verres sur les comptoirs et tables de chevet, miettes sur la table, etc.). Comme si on ne s’attendait pas à recevoir des clients. Mais après la première journée, tout était excellent.……

“the only reason to choose this hotel is that it’s near to the ferry port on the beach, have a nice view to the ocean, otherwise I’m sure you can have some other better choices with this price, for one night more than 100€, I got: 1. The reception and garage guys are quite nice and helpful; 2. Only one drinking water in the room for two person and one teeth brush; 3. The mattress was too soft for the back, the second day we got back pain; 4. In the morning the breakfast didn’t start on time and……

“Excellent experience ”

“Nous nous sommes fait recaler par le réceptionniste en nous disant que il n’y avais plus de chambres libre et qu’aucune réservation n’etait a mon nom . De ce fait aucune solutions ne m’a été donné ( surtout à 23h30 du soir ) , nous avons donc appeler le service client de expedia qui ont essayé de le rappeler . Le réceptionniste leurs a raccrocher au nez . C’est une expérience vraiment à oublier”

“Nemen de tijd niet voor het schoonmaken.voor het appartement apparatuur werken niet in het kamer Twee dagen geen licht in het badkamer in het donker douchen personeel geven elkaar de schuld.zooitje ..vrouwtje receptie vraagt geld on dingen te doen.”
