Dirty and unprepared, bedsheet unmade, towels all over toilet, used coffee cup in kitchen. Staff were unhelpful with insufficient follow-ups, even hanging up on us. “My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation.
