“I was in a bind and needed a place at the last minute. Lynn was great and accommodated us. She even let us check in early. The house was immaculate, and one of the most interesting houses we’ve stayed in. It’s a historical site, and the inside is decorated wonderfully. So much to appreciate. We always love staying on Main Street in St Charles. A step back in time. And the Streets of St Charles property just down the road has exploded with restaurants, bars, restaurants, movie theater, and fun……

“We liked the place and enjoyed the deck. Wish we could of got the firepit going. I didn't realize it was a ladder to the loft (extra beds) instead of stairs. Was not feasible for senior citizen women. The rollaway on the lower level was not very comfortable. I also didn't realize it was only a mini fridge and no stove. My error, need to check more closely when booking. We did enjoy our stay and got to visit 9 wineries and some beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.”

“I can not possibly think of one negative thing about our stay. The location was perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained. We never used any of the TVs or kitchen appliances because we spent most of our down time relaxing in the cute and cozy back yard (we were blessed with perfect weather). “What a wonderful property!!! It had all the comforts of home in a gorgeous and relaxing setting. The beds were so comfortable. The a/c worked great! There was a smart TV in the family room and primary bedroom. We grilled and kayaked and fished and loved pool time at the main pool. We took several hikes on the beautiful trails and saw little waterfalls, beautiful dragonflies and wild flowers. Mike was easy to stay in touch with and was very accommodating. Highly recommend- just what 3 special……
