“From the moment we walked into the lobby at Beacon Hill Hotel we were greeted and treated like VIPs. The room, was a corner, looking out over Charles Street. Perfectly comfortable and artfully appointed. My only complaint and this is silly the pillows too puffy. We dined there as well and the food and service was superb.”
"Very cozy hotel, not like the grand hotels nearby, but equally clean, and very well-located. A lot of options for restaurants, bars and cafes. We are traveling with kids, and they are also very family-friendly. If we go to Boston, we will definitely stay there again."
"A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room.
Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay."
"Nice hotel. They offer $20 credit to spending in the restaurant which offers nice harbor view. Free shuttle to hotel from airport, car rental center, bus and subway station. Rooms are clean and tidy. I had better experience staying at this hotel than at Hilton Logan. The only thing is the amenities - they don’t give a fridge for every room, the desk a bit smaller if you need to work in the room, and the gym is a bit basic. "
