“以為酒店近黃石国國家公園，原來要起碼45分鐘車程。酒店附近很荒蕪，一定要在西口小鎮吃飯後才回酒店，否則什麼吃的也沒有。酒店表面來看，還是不錯，可惜細心看，被套床單有污漬。第二天，有執床，但沒吸塵，沒有清潔洗手間。浴室花洒水力也不夠，房間隔音不好。早餐也不大好，選擇比較少。”

“We stayed for 2 nights for an Anniversary trip. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Even the maintenance in our suite was very well taken care of. The only odd standout was the shower had no door. After bit we understood it is by design but it left us with an odd first impression. We ate at Block 3 both nights and had the pleasure of having Gabrielle as our bartender. She was really a perfect example of what great hospitality really means. Fun chatter, very attentive service, and……

“对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。”

“It was an easy walk to the shuttle stop (and when returning we skied back to the condo since it was slightly down hill). The property manager (Vacasa) was very attentive and helpful. I recommend this for convenience and service.”
