“The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. “Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen……

“Villa très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle située dans un petit village typique de la Calabre. Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! Giuseppe est très disponible et riche de conseils ! Très bon accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !”

“Großes helles Haus mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus herum! Mit dem Auto ca 15 min von Pizzo entfernt, auch Lamezia terme ist in knapp 30 min gut zu erreichen. Anlage ist angenehm ruhig und mit eigenem Strandzugang. Ein Zweiter Schlüssel für die jungen Leute wurde von Rossella problemlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!”

“Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.”

“Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)……

“We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!”

“La vacanza a casa di Oscar è stata perfetta! Casa ideale per un gruppo di amici: fino ad 8 posti letto (4 al piano superiore e 4 nel piano sottoterra), due bagni e cortile esterno dove poter cenare la sera. La casa dista 10 minuti a piedi da Tropea ed è inserita all’interno del bel villaggio turistico Michelizia Resort. Oscar è stato un ottimo host: ci ha consigliato ottimi posti dove uscire a cena, località dove andare in spiaggia o fare escursioni e noleggi dove poter affittare gommoni. Oscar……

“Antonio was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and the views were incredible!! Antonio’s mother was so accommodating and greeted us even though it was nearly 3am by the time we arrived, on a night before work! She had provided us with snacks and homemade bread. She ended up making us a tarimasu, a homemade lasagna and fried zucchini all of which were amazing!!! The pool was a perfect escape from the heat and overall just an amazing experience. “Tres jolie maison aussi bien intérieure qu extérieure et tres agreable de manger sur la terasse La belle piscine commune est au dessous de la maison et vu la periode nous etions les seuls a en profiter Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour des conseils et tres sympathique Juste un peu éloigné mais le calme est agréable mais besoin d une voiture”
