“The hotel is beautiful and the staff is helpful and friendly”

“The resort was nice, the meals were very good but a lot my expensive than I thought they would be. Because we didn't have cell service we didn't feel comfortable leaving the resort because we could get lost and the city was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The bathroom was rusty and you had to leave the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid heating up the entire cottage. The cottage was cute though. ”

“This place is a true oasis in the middle of San Pedro. The staff, accommodations, and location were awesome! Wi-Fi and A/C were a little weak, but still a 5 overall because everything else was 5 ”

One suggestion would be to add either microwaves to the rooms or somewhere accessible for guests. Also, a little disappointed that there isn’t direct beach access but we made due and still thought the property was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!! ”

“Accommodation was a spacious, modern and clean 2 bedroom/2bath Unit, full kitchen, luxurious Livingroom, semi-private pool. We had everything we could possibly want or need. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans, utensils, plates etc. The resort only has two restaurants, and to get to anywhere, you need to take a ferry. But the Ferry operates on a regular schedule.”

The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and approachable. I’ve also been to Belize almost 10 times and absolutely LOVE it for so many different reasons, it would take too long to review here. Watermark has been recently renovated. “This property was in a perfect location!! Orlando was always available when needed and would check on us frequently. The place could use a gooooood cleaning. Ex- the bathroom tub/walls/area around toilet needs done “elbow grease” (smile) the knobs in kitchen kept falling off. The sofa being fabric holds odor and germs. The floor could have been cleaned better but in all honesty we would stay again!! There were plenty of towels, soap etc! The internet went in and out but Orlando was there right……
