“After a few years going backwards, it seems this hotel took a new air (management) and is going back on track. The location is ideal, yet, they have to do something with the car entrance. On weekends the small street leading to the hotel is used as a parking lot for the theater beside and the cable car facility. Thus, it's a battle to go in or out (taxis needed to get us down one block away). ”

No complaints what so ever Cons Overall property is a bit rustic, Not many common areas to lounge in so mainly confirmed to room or breakfast room, common areas a bit rustic could made made more beautiful, no option for lunch/ dinner in house. ”

“Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Our room was spectacular. My husband got sick during the trip and the hotel allowed us to stay 2 hour longer before going to the railway station. The hotel staff also checked us in earlier without charging early check-in fees. Very friendly and accommodating. We certainly will be back next year. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.”
