“This was my first VRBO rental and I was not disappointed. The guest cottage was beautiful and there was music playing and fresh cut flowers to add to the welcome ambience. Everything was perfect except for perhaps some difficulty navigating the TV electronics that we were not interested in watching anyway. It was very pet friendly without additional charges. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris!”

“I do not know what is more inviting the hosts or the home. Everything is so well planned out they have all your needs thought of in advance. The location is an exceptionally beautiful residential area, and it is right next to the train stop. You can roll out of bed and be on a ride to Philly in minutes. "NOTE" the train is quiet I think we only heard it once in the two days stay. We are looking forward to coming again next year and staying. Thank you again for making us feel very much at……

“We were here for just one night and this place was perfect. Easy access, clean, and very responsive host. My only suggestion is to have more security between the private room and the rest of the house, there was no deadbolt between the door and it would have felt safer as a renter of a private room to have that option. Otherwise great stay.”

“14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. “We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Located on a working farm, we enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the cows, the pond, the farmland, and associated wildlife. The house was beautifully furnished and as clean as a new home. The kitchen and bath facilities appeared to be new. We felt very welcome with a basket of local treats. The location was perfect, we could even see Shady Maple from the home. The hosts have done an excellent job of making our stay memorable.”

“Our only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. The scrambled eggs were poorly prepared, the only bread was white and raisin (no whole wheat, rolls or bagels). The empty tables were dirty. No danish or other breakfast cake other than muffins.The breakfast was not nearly up to snuff with other competitive hotels.”
