“It’s what I expected and reflects the price. I was in #1 which was adjacent to the laundry room. It wouldn’t be a problem if you’re out during the day, I spent most of the time in the room. ”

“This is a great place. It is a plush property in a small town. Great staff, well run. The hottub was a plus. Would definitely come back to this gem. If you are thinking of staying in Manitou Springs and want something less touristy and more "colorado" I would check out the Little Beaver or Outlook Lodge. They are great!”

“We had a bit of confusion over the 3rd bedroom. It’s really only 2 bedrooms and a futon in a 3rd room. The addition of a featherbed helped some. The pool situation was a bit awkward because it is adjacent to the main house but the weather wasn’t very good so we didn’t mind. It was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful.”

“Great stay at this property! Cindy is super friendly and very helpful. She is willing to be as available or as distant as you prefer. The house is located within walking distance of several restaurants, but it is also centrally located if you are wanting to tour around the state. You do need to be able to parallel park due to parking on the street—we rented a car. Other positives: *The kitchen is well furnished and basic items are available. * The outside sitting on the balcony or in the host’s……

“Adorable small house, the women in my wedding party got ready here throughout the morning and my new husband and I stayed here after the wedding. Because it's so small, some amenities were hard to find in various nooks, but the hosts were perfect and helpful with everything!”

“I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!”
