“Hotel novo, tudo muito bom, gentileza de todos os funcionários e limpeza dos quartos.Pouco distante do centro e da orla, mas a qualidade compensa. Recomendo muito”

“Very good place to stay. The room was big and clean and comfortable. There are complimentary teas, but also, everything you need to make mate (cup, herb, spoon, kettle). I got to make and drink my first mate at this hotel, so the experience was a special one for me. There is a large pool outside, and plenty of parking. The cute friendly dog was a nice little bonus too. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Centrally located. There was an electricity outage & stuck in elevator between floors. Staff helped later when air conditioning was not working. Staff helped arrange a taxi to go to Paraguay. ”

“Tivemos problemas com o pouco aquecimento da água do Apto. 317 nos dois primeiros dias. Quando reclamamos no sábado a noite, embora a portaria tenha nos dito que estava na temperatura máxima, melhorou. A TV também não teve um funcionamento perfeito.”
