“I think this place is the perfect location within walking distance to most places. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. However the cleanliness of the units could be improved a lot. Bathroom/ shower had dirt and dust on the floor and previous occupants hair on the shower walls. ”

“It was very new, clean, modern. I definitely recommend this place. it was a 5 minute scooter ride or 7 minute uber ride to Broadway. Only issue I would say it we didn't get the entrance code. We had to wait until someone came to open. That is my only advice to Management renting these units. Besides that, best place to be if you want you own space away from the Nashville Hotel madness. We really enjoyed our stay. There's a liquor store nearby, scooters to rent, close to airport. (10 mins) Great……

“The place was nice and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to many places to eat and coffee and the convention center. The only downside was the construction happening at the property next door-it was loud and the noise was heard all day long until the evening time.”

“Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!”

“Cabin was in good shape, the appliances need some work. Big problem was lower ded room shower is in the juzzie, very unsafe one of our family took what could have been serious.”

“This was our first time staying at one of their property’s. Check in process was super easy. The place was clean with the exception of the dishes that all had to be rewashed due to soap being on them still. They provided essentials. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because the jacuzzi and AC didn’t properly work. I reached out via message but never heard anything back. It was kind of disappointing to not be able to use those amenities. Otherwise, it was a great stay!”

“Great place! Close to the great smokies, nice deck, little swimming pool and hot tub which is fantastic for kids. Managers super responsive. Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!”
