“The apartment is situated between calangute & Baga, but don’t be put off by its location on the map. There is a short walk through to the main road, from which the beach & bars are close! The size & amenities in the apartment are impressive, and Lavino is readily on hand & will provide support & good advice, when required! Cleaning is provided regularly and the overall standard is excellent. Mine was only a short stay, but the quiet location of the apartment within a garden area would suit a……

“Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. ”

“On arrival the apartment was occupied by a couple refusing to leave. The hotel management were great in finding alternative accommodation for three nights till the problem was resolved. We booked an apartment with cooker, microwave and other kitchen equipment - we got 3 glasses!! Because of this we had to eat out for all meals which was not budgeted for.
